Attachment Codings: We want it to be as easy as possible for you to locate the right switch boxes to meet your needs. Most Allied Moulded ceiling boxes can be manufactured with these letter coded components. For example, ground straps may be ordered by adding the suffix "G" to the basic catalog number, i.e. 9351-NG. Discontinued UB & 24 Series Product Allied Moulded Products will no longer be allowed to sell & ship these products after April 8^th, 2010. "HL" hanger, which mounts on the side of the stud joist, has spurs which hold the hanger to the joist for easier nailing.

With the "HN" hanger, application is quick and easy because nails are already installed.

Catalog numbers with the suffix "C" indicate factory installed wire clamps.

Optional ceiling joist bar hangers. "BH" is for both 16" or 24" ceiling joist span applications and "16" is for maximum 16" ceiling joist spans.

The "G" grounding strap on an outlet box allows for the light fixture to be grounded when necessary.
