Allied Moulded Products, Inc. is the contractor’s choice of nonmetallic electrical boxes and enclosures in today’s residential, commercial, and industrial markets. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced marketing and sales coordinator. This position is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales teams by providing administrative and communication support.
Maintaining marketing collateral, desktop publishing, price lists, newsletters, brochures, sales tech documents, and new vendor forms. Create/edit BOMs in the manufacturing module.
Schedule and implement complex social media marketing strategies and find the most beneficial methods of applying them.
Tracking and processing invoices.
Assisting with the writing, maintaining of content, and updates to the company website.
Develop product positioning materials for sales reps/distribute literature and mailings to regionals, sales reps, and customers.
Assist with sales quoting and contracts as needed.
Assist with pricing and customer databases including IDW (IDEA Connector), Hub spot, and IQMS.
Conduct customer satisfaction survey and provide feedback to the management team.
Photo, video, and graphic design/editing.
Other duties as assigned.
Requires good time management and attention to detail. Must understand basic marketing principles and B2B, B2C, and retail sales channels. Must be self-motivated, work well with others and be an effective communicator. Requires proficient skills in Adobe Suite such as InDesign, Photoshop, etc. Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to report technical content for a wider audience.
University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, graphic design or related field preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional sales or marketing position preferred but not required.
